Ingredients
- For the smashed potatoes:
1½ lbs baby potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)
1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish - For the whipped feta:
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (preferably full-fat)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced

Directions
- Boil the potatoes: Add baby potatoes to a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 3 minutes.
- Smash the potatoes: Place boiled potatoes on a parchment-lined tray or board. Using the bottom of a glass, gently press each potato until flattened but still intact.
- Season and oil: Brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air-fry until crisp: Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Make the whipped feta: In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with a splash of water or olive oil if desired.
- Assemble: Serve the crispy smashed potatoes over the whipped feta and garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
